Xylem Tree Experts in Harrison, AR seeks a Foreperson to coordinate crew, equipment, and supplies to complete contracts safely and efficiently. You must have field leadership experience in line clearance as a climber, trimmer, or bucket operator, with a valid driver's license.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, hands-on supervision, and coordination with property owners. CDL is preferred; travel for storm work may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in line clearance as a climber, trimmer, or bucket operator.
• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.
• Must have Driver's License; CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift/carry equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew members and manage equipment each day.
• Assign specific tasks to crew members and supervise performance.
• Plan and execute the assigned work in a safe and professional manner.
• Organize job assignments to complete work efficiently.
• Notify property owners and obtain access for trimming or removal work.
