Xylem Tree Experts in Tennessee is seeking a Foreperson to coordinate crews, equipment, and supplies to complete tasks per contract specifications. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL is preferred, and at least one year of line clearance experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of line clearance experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Must be able to travel for storm restoration work.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew members and manage equipment daily.
• Plan and execute assigned work in a safe, professional manner.
• Organize job assignments for efficient completion.
• Obtain access permissions from property owners for trimming/removal work.
• Ensure PPE use and safety practices on the job.
• Inspect work per specifications and inform the customer of completion.
• Keep accurate records of time, equipment, and materials.
• Perform daily truck inspections and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform storm restoration duties as needed.
