Job summary

The Club at Quail Ridge in Florida is seeking a Lead Tree laborer to supervise and perform landscaping duties across the community grounds. You will lead a tree crew, oversee trimming, removal, and installation of trees, and ensure work is done safely and to high standards.

You'll organize daily assignments, operate and maintain equipment such as bucket trucks and chippers, and mentor 4–5 crew members while enforcing safety rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in landscape operations and supervision.
• Able to supervise a 4-5 member crew.
• Must follow safety regulations and enforce them on site.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize daily work assignments for the crew.
• Direct, inspect and review tree trimming or related operations.
• Oversee removal and installation of trees and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety practices and mark off job sites for public safety.
• Operate and provide basic maintenance on grounds equipment.
