SavATree is seeking a Tree Climber to join our General Tree Care Team. You will perform pruning, removals, cabling, and safety-focused work on diverse landscapes to protect client properties and natural resources.

You will climb, cut, and use equipment safely, following ANSI standards. The Crew Lead path offers leadership opportunities for ambitious team members. The role emphasizes teamwork and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in proper pruning techniques for large trees.
• Strong knowledge of tree species and care requirements.
• Able to follow ANSI pruning standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality tree care services including pruning, removals, and cabling.
• Climb trees safely using ropes, saddles, and ladders.
• Operate chainsaws, aerial lifts, and other equipment effectively.
• Apply ANSI A300 pruning standards and safety practices.
• Identify hazards and perform safety checks before, during, and after each job.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and clients.
