Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Tree Care Crew Leader to supervise a crew, ensure site safety, and deliver high-quality tree care and landscaping services. You will inspect sites, provide hands-on leadership, and guide soil, planting, watering and pest management efforts.

You’ll also drive vehicles, train personnel with a strong safety emphasis, and manage schedules and reporting to ensure client standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in tree care or related supervision.
• CDL license class B and a good driver’s license are required.
• Supervisory experience overseeing a crew is essential.
• Medical card and CPR/First Aid certification at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tree care crew activities, ensure safety material availability, and provide training as needed.
• Review and manage crew schedules and daily dispatch readiness.
• Complete pre-trip inspection reports for equipment before dispatch.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers and employees as needed.
• Operate tree & landscaping tools and heavy equipment as required.
• Safely transport crews to jobs and enforce safety policies.
