Job summary

Jobtailor in Minnesota seeks a seasoned Tree Crew Foreman to lead a trimming and clearing team on job sites. You will supervise fieldwork, ensure safety, manage equipment, and keep production records while upholding OSHA and ANSI standards.

The role requires CDL, strong leadership, and the ability to train crews, respond to emergencies, and manage schedules with travel as needed. Outdoor work in varied conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• CDL required, with ability to maintain valid license and DOT medical card.
• First-Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Herbicide application certification or equivalent.
• Experience on tree trimming/clearing crews (min 3 years) or validated skill assessments.
• Knowledge of ANSI Z133.1 and ANSI A300 standards and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.269.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and coaching to crews to meet production goals.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate and prioritize job-site work as directed by the General Foreperson.
• Conduct safety training, pre-job briefings, and crew assignments.
