Monster Tree Service of Green Country East is seeking a Tree Climber to join a growing franchise that values state-of-the-art equipment and a positive work environment. You will climb, prune, and remove trees on residential and commercial properties, while safely operating all tools and equipment and supporting the Crew Foreman.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, adherence to safety procedures, and experience with rope, knots, chainsaws, and chipper operation.

Qualifications

• Climbing, pruning, and removal on residential and commercial properties.
• Knowledge of knots and safety procedures.
• Experience with rope and saddle for pruning.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Experience driving non-CDL trucks with trailers.
• Experience with crew management, training, customer service, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Climb, prune, and remove trees on residential and commercial properties.
• Properly prepare, maintain and safely operate all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear.
• Operate as part of a crew supporting the Crew Foreman.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Climbing experience utilizing rope and saddle when pruning; knowledge of knots, chainsaw operation, and chipper operation.
