Job summary

Monster Tree Service of Lake County is seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join a growing, franchise-based team. You will climb, prune, and remove trees on residential and commercial properties using rope, saddle, and proper safety practices.

Responsibilities include operating hand tools, chainsaws, and chippers, supporting the Crew Foreman, and delivering excellent customer service. A valid driver's license is required; CDL preferred. Year-round employment with competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Climbing experience using rope and saddle for pruning.
• Knowledge of knots; chainsaw and chipper operation.
• Familiarity with ANSI standards.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Experience driving non-CDL trucks with trailers.
• Experience with crew management, training, customer service, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Climb, prune, and remove trees on residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare, maintain and safely operate tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear.
• Operate as part of a crew supporting the Crew Foreman.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
