Job summary

Monster Tree Service of Lee's Summit is seeking a Tree Climber to join a franchise that values environment, safety, and customer service. This full-time position involves climbing, pruning, and removing trees on residential and commercial properties with state-of-the-art gear.

You will work as part of a crew supporting the Crew Foreman, ensuring safe operations and top-notch service to customers. CDL preferred and driving duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Climbing experience using rope and saddle for pruning.
• Knots knowledge, chainsaw and chipper operation.
• Driver's license with clean record; CDL preferred.
• Experience with crew supervision and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Climb, prune, and remove trees on residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare, maintain, and safely operate tools and equipment.
• Work as part of a crew supporting the Crew Foreman.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
