SavATree is seeking a Crew Lead Tree Climber to join our General Tree Care Team in the Maryland area. You will perform pruning, removals, and cabling, climbing safely with ropes and ladders, and guiding junior climbers as a leader.

Experience with chainsaws and aerial lifts is required, along with a solid understanding of ANSI pruning standards and safety practices. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality work, and on-site safety compliance.

Competenze

• Proficient pruning for large shade trees and ornamentals
• Strong knowledge of tree and shrub species and their characteristics
• Comfortable climbing without spurs and adherence to safety standards

Mansioni

• Perform high-quality tree care including pruning, removals, and cabling
• Climb trees safely using ropes, saddle, and ladders
• Operate chainsaws, aerial lifts, and other equipment
• Apply ANSI A300 pruning standards and ANSI Z safety guidelines
