Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Tree Care in Tucson to oversee daily tree care operations, guiding a crew through pruning, cabling, bracing, lightning protection, and removals. You will ensure safety standards, manage equipment, and coordinate with management and customers on job sites.

The role requires 3+ years in tree care, a CDL Class B license, and supervisory experience. Strong communication and bilingual Spanish abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in tree care services.
• CDL Class B license required.
• Supervisory experience in crew settings preferred.
• EHAP, First Aid and CPR certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the tree care service activities of the crew.
• Ensure crew members have safety materials, training, and operate safely.
• Keep work areas clear and properly marked to protect the public.
• Inspect and maintain climbing gear and equipment for safety.
• Review and manage crew schedules and dispatch readiness.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers and employees.
• Operate tree & landscaping tools and heavy equipment as needed.
• Apply proper pruning techniques and manage debris disposal.
