Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Crew Leader Tree Care to oversee daily tree care operations, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality service. You will provide hands-on leadership in pruning, cabling, bracing, lightning protection, and tree removals, while guiding crew members and maintaining equipment.

Requirements include 3 years’ experience in tree care, CDL Class B, supervisory experience, and ability to obtain EHAP/First-Aid/CPR certifications; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in tree care services.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
• CDL Class B required or achievable.
• Ability to obtain EHAP, First-Aid, and CPR certification.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tree care service activities of the crew.
• Ensure safety materials, training, and safe operation at all times.
• Keep work areas clear and properly marked for public safety.
• Inspect and maintain climbing gear and equipment.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees.
• Operate tree and landscaping tools and heavy equipment as needed.
• Apply proper pruning techniques and disposal of debris.
