BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader in Tree Care to oversee daily operations, lead a crew, and ensure safe, high-quality service. You will manage pruning, cabling, bracing, lightning protection, and removals while maintaining equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications include 3 years in tree care, a CDL Class B, EHAP/First-Aid/CPR certifications, supervisory experience, and bilingual Spanish abilities. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• 3 years’ tree care experience.
• Familiar with techniques and equipment used in landscaping.
• CDL Class B license.
• Experience managing a crew including climbers and groundsmen.
• Supervisory experience.
• Able to become certified in EHAP, First-Aid, and CPR.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Bilingual Spanish.

Mansioni

• Supervise the tree care service activities of the crew.
• Ensure crew members have safety materials, training, and operate safely.
• Ensure work areas beneath and around trees are clear and properly marked to protect the public from falling debris.
• Inspect and maintain climbing gear and equipment to ensure safety.
• Review and manage crew schedules.
• Complete daily pre-trip inspection reports for all Class B equipment.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees.
• Safely operate tree and landscaping tools, as well as heavy equipment, as needed.
• Utilize proper pruning techniques; assist with trimming trees, clearing, and chipping tree debris, ensuring proper disposal.
