Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience on tree trimming/clearing crews.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• First-Aid/CPR certified or able to obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Lead crew, allocate tasks and monitor safety on site.
• Coach crew on company policies, procedures and OSHA rules.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with General Foreperson on daily work orders.
• Operate and inspect equipment; perform pre-job checks.
• Maintain production records and report overhead costs.
• Obtain owner permissions and manage access to job sites.
• Set up traffic control and protect workers and public.
