Job summary

SavATree LLC is seeking a Tree Climber to join our General Tree Care Team. You will perform pruning, removals, and cabling on trees and shrubs, using your climbing and safety skills to protect client landscapes.

You will operate chainsaws and bucket trucks, applying ANSI pruning and safety standards while collaborating with a safety-focused crew. Strong emphasis on quality and teamwork is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in proper pruning techniques for trees and shrubs.
• Strong knowledge of tree species and care practices.
• Comfortable climbing without spurs and using safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality tree care services including pruning, removals, and cabling.
• Climb trees safely using ropes, saddle, and ladders.
• Operate chainsaws, aerial lifts, and other equipment with safety and efficiency.
• Apply pruning standards and safety guidelines in all tasks.
• Identify hazards and perform safety checks before, during, and after each job.
