Job summary

SavATree is seeking a Crew Lead for its General Tree Care Team to work outdoors on tree care projects, including pruning, removals, and cable bracing. You will lead a crew, ensure safety, and operate equipment to protect client landscapes.

Daily work involves visiting properties in the community, applying ANSI pruning standards, and coordinating with branch management. A valid U.S. driver's license is required; CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in proper pruning practices for large trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native vs introduced species; knowledge of characteristics.
• Climbing without spurs and familiarity with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prune, remove, cable brace, and perform related tree care tasks on site.
• Operate equipment safely and deliver high-quality service to clients.
• Lead a General Tree Care crew and coordinate with branch management.
