Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader for Tree Care to lead daily operations, supervise climbers and grounds crews, and ensure safety and quality on pruning, bracing, removals, and other services. You will oversee equipment, schedules, and client coordination in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualified candidates will have 3 years in tree care, a valid CDL Class B, EHAP/First-Aid/CPR, supervisory experience, and bilingual Spanish能力.

Qualifications

• 3 years of tree care service experience.
• Familiar with landscaping techniques and equipment.
• CDL Class B license is required.
• Experience managing a crew of climbers and grounds members.
• Supervisory experience and ability to certify EHAP/First-Aid/CPR.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tree care service activities of the crew.
• Ensure safety materials and training are provided and used.
• Mark work areas to protect the public from debris.
• Inspect climbing gear and equipment for safety.
• Review and manage crew schedules.
• Complete daily pre-trip inspection reports for Class B equipment.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees.
• Operate tree and landscaping tools and heavy equipment as needed.
• Use proper pruning techniques and manage debris disposal.
