Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of climbing arborist experience in safe tree care production.
• Qualified in the Davey Career Development Program as a Crew Leader or ability to obtain qualification within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce field training of new and existing employees for skills development.
• Engage as a trainer for new employee orientation.
• Participate in technical pruning and removal projects.
