The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Climbing Arborist Crew Leader to direct a crew and manage tasks outdoors. The role focuses on arboricultural care, safety, and client service in various locations across the US.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors
• Complete Davey Tree Orientation Program on hire
• Complete Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course on hire
• Preferred: pesticide licenses and related certifications
• Preferred: ISA Certified Arborist, ISA Certified Tree Worker, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional

Responsibilities

• Directs crew and equipment and plans/executed assigned work
• Lead a crew in arboricultural care for clients
• Mentor crew members through the Davey Career Development Program
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (chainsaws, chippers, lifts)
• Ensure safety and compliance on job sites
