The purpose of the Tree Care Student Employee position is to support the Tree Care/Forestry Manager in maintaining the health, safety, and overall management of trees on the Hocking College campus. This role provides students with hands‑on experience in arboriculture and forestry practices while assisting with tree maintenance activities such as pruning, tree removal, plant health care treatments, and pest management. The position also helps ensure campus landscapes are properly maintained and that trees are managed in a safe and sustainable manner.
