Job summary

Qualifications

Must hold a current AODA treatment certification (SAC/CSAC) from Wisconsin and maintain it during employment.
Design and implement structured program delivery frameworks across departments.
Coordinate after-care interventions with multiple disciplines to support program completers.
Develop policies, procedures, and activities to meet program goals.

Responsibilities

Design and implement assessments, case plans, and treatments for SUD using EBP.
Oversee SUD groups at RGCI and monitor performance measures.
Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts to deliver and improve program services.
Audit instruments and contribute to after-care planning for graduates.
