Job summary

The Department of Corrections, State of Wisconsin, seeks two Treatment Specialist 2 positions at the Drug Abuse Correctional Center in Winnebago, WI. Responsibilities include formulating and delivering interventions for reintegration and substance abuse treatment, and implementing evidence-based programming for persons in our care.

Starting pay is $34.46–$38.08 per hour with potential $1.50–$2.00 per hour add-on based on SAC credential; schedule typically Monday–Friday; on-site; probationary

Qualifications

• Current AODA treatment certification from the State of Wisconsin (SAC/CSAC or Authorized to Treat for SUD).
• Certification must be maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement individual and group interventions.
• Conduct evaluations using evidence-based tools.
• Develop and implement case and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based substance abuse programming.
