Qualifications

• Unencumbered Illinois RN license and CPR certification required.
• Minimum 3 years RN/LPN experience in Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Experience with care plans, assessments, and charting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain treatment orders from physicians and document progress.
• Conduct resident assessments and maintain detailed charting.
