Job summary

Harmony Park Ridge is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to join our caring team in Park Ridge, Illinois. You will supervise the unit's clinical staff, guide and educate team members, and help maintain a positive facility culture while upholding infection prevention practices to ensure top-quality resident care.

Eligible applicants must hold a valid Illinois RN license and have at least 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• A valid, unencumbered Illinois RN license.
• 1 year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Help instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet residents' needs and deliver high-quality care.

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Park Ridge by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

- A valid, unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse, RN license and one (1) year expereince.
