Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Illinois CNA certificate.
• CPR certification.
• One year RN A experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility exercises for residents as per care plan.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Observe changes in condition and report to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment and ensure resident comfort and dignity.
