Job summary

Harmony Park Ridge in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a Treatment Nurse to join our caring team. You will provide skin treatments, coordinate treatment orders with physicians, and help develop individualized care plans to ensure residents receive high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an Illinois RN license with CPR certification and has at least 3 years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility; CNA experience is preferred. We offer growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in Illinois and CPR certification required.
• Minimum 3 years RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• 1 year of CNA experience preferable but not required.

Responsibilities

As a Treatment Nurse, your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Park Ridgeby performing skin treatments for our residents, obtaining treatment orders from physicians, assisting with developing treatment care plans, performing resident assessments and providing detailed charting and progress notes. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of IllinoisRN license and C.P.R certification. Three (3) years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and one (1) year of experience as a C.N.A. is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
