Job summary

Warren Barr South Loop in Chicago is seeking a Treatment Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis, with shifts Monday through Sunday and alternating weekends. We emphasize compassionate care and resident safety.

As a Treatment Nurse, you will perform skin treatments, obtain orders, help develop care plans, conduct assessments, and document progress. Requires IL RN or LPN license, CPR, 3 years SNF experience, and wound care experience.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered IL RN or LPN license and CPR certification.
• Three (3) years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• At least one (1) year of wound care experience; CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin treatments for residents and ensure comfort and safety.
• Obtain treatment orders from physicians and assist with care plan development.
• Conduct resident assessments and provide detailed charting and progress notes.
