Warren Barr Lincoln Park is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Technician to join our skilled nursing team in Chicago, IL. You will support wound care services under the supervision of a licensed nurse, assist with resident mobilization, and help maintain a safe, compassionate care environment.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, an Illinois CNA license, and CPR certification. Prior CNA or wound care experience is preferred, and we offer growth opportunities and

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Unencumbered Illinois CNA license and CPR certification required.
• 1 year CNA and/or Wound Care experience preferred, but we will invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with wound care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with lifting, turning and repositioning during wound care.
• Observe changes in condition, maintain a safe environment, and document appropriately.
