Job summary
Complete Care is seeking a dedicated LPN Treatment Nurse to join our team in Illinois. You will assess residents, implement treatment plans, and provide direct nursing care under supervision to support healing and well-being.
The ideal candidate holds an Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing, an active IL LPN license, and at least one year of wound care experience. Familiarity with MDS and strong communication are highly valued.
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current, Unencumbered Illinois LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year wound care experience.
- Prior wound care certification or experience preferred.
- Experience with MDS assessment and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide direct nursing care under medical direction and nursing leadership.
- Prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely resident care.
- Adjust treatments to meet residents' physical and psychological needs.
- Educate patients and families on healing practices.
- Track treatments and progress per HIPAA guidelines.
- Monitor non-licensed staff performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
