LUBBOCK HEALTH CARE CENTER is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care, perform dressings, monitor healing, and collaborate with physicians and families to plan care.

The role requires an active LVN or RN license, experience in wound care preferred, and strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills. This full-time position emphasizes a compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In this role, you will:
