Creative Solutions in Healthcare - South seeks a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

You will assess wounds, perform dressing changes, monitor healing, document progress, and communicate care plans with physicians and families. This full-time role supports floor staffing and fosters a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred).
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.

• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In this role, you will:

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments

• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns

• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
