Job summary

Pine Tree Lodge Nursing Center in Texas seeks a dedicated Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to provide high-quality wound care and treatment services. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will perform dressing changes, monitor healing, educate staff, and assist with staffing to ensure continuity of care. Must hold an active LVN or RN license and have strong assessment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In this role, you will:
