Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes and ensure reliable care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In This Role, You Will

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
