Job summary

Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes and advocate a resident-centered approach to nursing.

The role requires an active LVN or RN license and experience in wound care is preferred. You will participate in staff education and ensure continuity of care across shifts within a supportive facility.

Qualifications

• Holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Has Experience In Wound Care And Treatment Procedures (preferred).
• Possesses strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Works independently and thrives in a team-centered environment.
• Demonstrates a compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.
