Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a skilled Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

The nurse will perform dressing changes, monitor healing progress, and communicate with physicians and families to coordinate care plans. This full-time role emphasizes independent work within a team-focused environment and a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience in wound care preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Dressing changes and wound assessments.
• Monitor healing progress of wounds and skin conditions.
• Communicate care plans with physicians and families.
• Evaluate residents' nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results for signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In this role, you will:

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care
