Five Points Nursing and Rehabilitation in College Station, TX is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services within our care team.

You will collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary staff to support resident outcomes. The role requires thorough assessment, accurate documentation, and proactive communication regarding care plans and healing progress.

Formación

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures.
• Strong assessment and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication with physicians, families, and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and skin treatments.
• Monitor healing progress and document outcomes.
• Communicate care plans with physicians and families.
• Evaluate nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to infection signs.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In this role, you will:

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care

• Holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state
• Has experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred)
