Odessa Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. You will deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LVN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience in wound care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In this role, you will:

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
