Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) in Amarillo, TX to deliver high-quality wound care, perform dressing changes, and work with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

You will document progress, communicate with physicians and families, monitor nutrition and hydration, review labs for signs of infection, and help educate staff while supporting continuous coverage on the floor.

Qualifications

• Holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures (preferred).
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Works independently and thrives in a team-centered environment.
• Demonstrates a compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
