Job summary

Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a Treatment Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team and provide wound care, treatments, and comprehensive resident care. You will document treatments, monitor skin integrity, and collaborate with physicians and families to keep residents healthy and comfortable.

Qualifications
