Job summary
Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide wound care and treatments, supporting healing and skin integrity. You will document, collaborate with physicians and families, and help prevent skin breakdown.
We welcome LPNs and RNs with strong clinical skills and dependability. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation, and sick time; benefits start after 30 days.
Qualifications
- LPN or RN required.
- Strong clinical and organizational skills.
- Wound care/treatment experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide and document treatments as ordered.
- Perform wound care and dressing changes.
- Monitor skin integrity and identify changes.
- Complete accurate treatment documentation.
- Communicate changes with the nursing team, physicians, and families.
- Help prevent skin breakdown and promote healing.
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary team.
