National Youth Advocate Program seeks an Entry Level Treatment Coordinator to join the Foster Care Team in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves providing advocacy and mental health services to youth and families, with travel to communities and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Regularly reviews and modifies youth-based plans.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with foster parents and families of origin.
• Assists in family reunification and stabilization per the case plan.
• Provides safety assessments, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization as required.
