National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a full-time Therapist to join our Community-Based Therapy Team in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will provide counseling and case management to youth and families in the community, traveling to sites as needed and documenting care promptly.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or related field, licensure, and at least 2 years of direct service experience. Flexible hours and a strong commitment to equity and cultural sensitivity are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable field from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of direct service experience with youth and families preferred.
• Valid professional license (LSW/LISW, LPC, LPCC) per state requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible/non-traditional hours.
• Capacity to be flexible and responsive to youth served and families.
• Respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Proficient use of computers, devices, and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services and case management.
• Coordinate and monitor community-based services for youth and families.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Travel daily to deliver services in the community.
• Participate in supervision and continuous quality improvement activities.
• Support family reunification and stable living arrangements as per case plan.
