Job summary

Iowa Judicial Branch seeks a Program Coordinator to support Treatment Court programs in District 2, Story and Marshall counties. You will manage referrals, intakes, and orientation, and facilitate communication among stakeholders, including judges and treatment team members.

The role requires navigating case management systems, maintaining records, and supporting training opportunities. Evening events and travel within the district may be necessary. Equity and collaboration are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute program activities supporting goals and objectives.
• Provide training and instruction for participants and users of the program.
• Track metrics, prepare progress reports, and update stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities and communications.
• Coordinate with participants and community partners.
