Job summary

State of Iowa, Iowa Judicial Branch, is seeking a Program Coordinator to support Treatment Court programs in District 2, Story and Marshall counties. The role includes coordinating day-to-day operations, managing referrals, intakes, and orientation for participants and team members.

The successful candidate will learn case management systems, communicate with judges and community partners, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of full-time experience in administration of a program.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in mental health, healthcare, family services, or court system preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and online meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Adult Treatment Court or similar program.
• Manage referrals, intakes, and orientation for participants and team members.
• Coordinate communication among stakeholders involved in Adult Treatment Court and Mental Health Court programs.
• Attend court hearings, community events, and coordinator meetings as needed.
• Maintain records pertaining to program activities and track key metrics.
• Provide training opportunities and support multidisciplinary team functions.
