The Montana Judicial Branch’s First Judicial District Adult Treatment Program in Helena seeks a Treatment Court Coordinator to supervise program operations, develop materials, and coordinate with the treatment team and community partners. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience with adult substance‑abusing populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field.
• Two years’ experience working with adult substance abuse offenders.
• Experience managing budgets, writing reports, and coordinating with multi‑agency systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase items necessary to support the program within the budget and accounting policies.
• Pay invoices, submit reimbursement forms, and manage the treatment court checking account.
• Establish a schedule for the treatment court with the judge, manage the calendar, prepare meeting materials, and schedule check‑ins.
• Maintain participant contracts, handbooks, and program policies; draft court documents under judge’s guidance.
• Maintain treatment court records and coordinate with probation officers, testing providers, and treatment providers.
• Coordinate with community providers to ensure services, arrange testing, and disseminate progress reports to the team.
• Organize pro‑social activities and participate in stakeholder meetings to build community partnerships.
