Job summary

Clallam County seeks a Therapeutic Court Program Coordinator to oversee District Court I Therapeutic Court initiatives, including Mental Health Court and Veterans Court. The role coordinates judges, attorneys, treatment providers, and partners, manages screenings, plans, referrals, and budgets, and prepares program materials and reports.

The position requires independent judgment, strong communication, and organizational skills, plus experience in criminal justice or counseling settings and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to law, justice, social sciences, psychology.
• Two years of experience in criminal justice or counseling; therapeutic courts preferred.
• Requires no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for five years prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Therapeutic Court Programs.
• Coordinate communication among judges, attorneys, treatment providers, and partners.
• Develop and manage participant action plans and monitor progress.
