Pony Express Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly, patient-centered team. The role focuses on explaining treatment options and costs, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, referring offices, and our surgeons.

Qualifications

• Experience in orthodontics, dentistry, treatment coordination, or insurance processing is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills.
• Efficient work ethic and attention to detail with clerical tasks, patient data, scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate & explain treatment options and related costs to patients.
• Manage surgery schedule for location(s) assigned with referring offices and surgery teams.
• Collect necessary data, clearances, consent forms, payments, and communicate between all parties.
