Job summary

Frugé Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about treatment options, arrange financial plans, and build strong patient relationships. The right candidate is outgoing, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.

The role involves presenting plans, guiding patients through payments, and following up to schedule treatments while supporting community events and local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan.
• Explain financial options and educate patients on payment methods.
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare patients for exams and appointments.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
