Job summary

Gentle Dental Indio is hiring Treatment Coordinators for part-time roles. You will manage patients from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance and clearly communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, are computer literate (QSI/Denticon a plus), and can discuss treatment costs with patients. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience a plus.
• Bilingual a plus; experience presenting Treatment Plans and costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present Treatment Plans and discuss costs of services with patients.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from the first appointment to the last to achieve treatment acceptance.

At Gentle Dental, our Treatment Coordinators manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!

Qualifications:

Pay Range

• $20.00 - $24.00 per hour/DOE
