Job summary

Gentle Dental seeks a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will present financial plans and explain options based on proposed treatment, guiding patients from the first to the last appointment toward a happy, healthy smile.

We offer a full suite of benefits and support a part-time schedule in our Moreno Valley clinics. Prior front office experience in medical settings is required, with computer literacy and familiarity with practice

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to a happy, healthy smile.

At Gentle Dental, ourTreatment Coordinatorsmanage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Pay Range

• $17.00 - $20.00 per hour/DOE
